  3. A bit about The Fuller Life Over 9 years of experience in recreation management Started with the philosophy that people should be able to lead a fuller life. “One Life. Do More.” is our motto Core business is recreation based activities for employees inside of companies Planned activities can be: Serious – like health, safety, work-life balance and CSR Fun – like sports, cultural and literary based activities Internal Communications – customised online activities, newsletters and SMSes to your employees Strengths include program management of large-format employee engagement plans across multiple cities and shift timings

  4. What can we do for you? Program manage the complete employee engagement effort Work on every part of the execution, including: Brainstorm with you Draw up a plan Create communication and collateral for the plan (we work with your design firm/ MarComm on this) Execute the plan to cost and schedule Manage the internal and external stakeholders (e.g. facilities, other partners) Collate the feedback and data about the execution Send weekly status reports

  5. Sample model of engagement Create an overall brand with a core committee (CC) supporting it. CC has people from HR, facilities and business Create 5 primary clubs under which we deploy activities We suggest Sports, Fun, Health, Cultural and Women’s Club Each club to have 1 or 2 club reps who will be assisted by an extended team of volunteers At least 1 activity will be deployed for each of the clubs every quarter Apart from the above activities, one high decibel activity will be deployed every quarter (E.g.. Innovation Day, Kids at Work Day, Women's Day & Family Day)
