  1. Rules for Journal Entries • Always write down the amount of writing that needs to be done for each entry. Example: 2/1 Journal Entry – 2 full pages • Your journals will not be checked everyday. They will be checked every 2-3 weeks for a 30 point grade. This way, you can always go back and finish at a later date what you have already started.

  2. If you are absent for a day, you MUST write down the date of absence, and write AB next to it. EXAMPLE: 2/1 Journal Entry – AB • Make sure you write down all random facts (it would be smart to get the ones from your AB days as well) • Remember that this is a school journal. You may write in it whenever you wish, but it must be school appropriate. • NO NAMES PLEASE!
