  3. 1. During the course of a robbery, a young boy, age 14, kills the shopkeeper because she refuses to hand over the money. 2. In the same situation as above [1], the shopkeeper and robber wrestle, the gun goes off and kills the shopkeeper. 3. The same as above [2], but the gun was originally in the hands of the shopkeeper. 4. The same as [1] but the shopkeeper kills the boy with the shopkeeper’s gun and it is found out afterward that the boy’s gun was a toy water pistol. PLACE A VALUE OF EACH OF THE FOLLOWING SCENARIOS

  4. 5. A female driver and mother of three, with a BAC of .08, strikes and kills a pedestrian. 6. In the same scenario as above, the female with a BAC of .28 kills two bicyclists. 7. A male driver, with a BAC of .24 hits a telephone pole and the passenger, a neighbor’s young son, is killed.

  5. 8. A female, age 18, attends a party, drinks too much and on the way home is raped by her date. Afterwards, because of the fear of being caught, the date strangles her to death. 9. In the same scenario as above, the girl is taken home after the rape. The next day she takes a gun and kills her rapist.

The patient takes their own life, by themselves, and the doctor [or company] who gave the patient the material to do it is accused of murder. 11. In the same scenario as above, the patient’s husband helps administering the drug. He is charged with murder.

  7. 12. At a park in the city, three female bodies are found. The arrested person admits to killing them. She is given a mental test and it is determined that her IQ is 55. 13. In the same scenario as above, the arrested person has chronic history of drug abuse and was under the influence of crack cocaine at the time of the killings

  8. 14. As a prank / dare, a high school student sneaks onto the lawn in his neighborhood and tries to steal a pink flamingo. The homeowner sees the boy take the flamingo, runs out of the door, points his rifle, and kills the boy. 15. A convict is released from Prison on a technicality she is free because of a “due process technicality”. Two days later, she is confronted by the surviving spouse and is killed. The spouse is the dead man’s wife

  9. 16. A child dies and it is determined through an autopsy that the death was because of a ruptured appendix, a problem that is almost always treatable if the patient sees a doctor. The parents are arrested for child abuse but state that they did not seek medical attention for their child because of religious beliefs. The state tries both for murder
