Navigating through Screens • A Security Alert dialog box may appear upon clicking the log on button. • Click the OK button to continue. This message indicates you are entering a secured site.
Logon to New Wist Office Products Website • Enter your Account Number • Type in Your User Name • Type in Your Password • Click on the Logon Button If you do not have a login, or have forgotten your login or password, please contact our customer service department at (480) 921-2900 or email us at orders@wist.com.
To Which Location Should We Deliver Your Items? • This web page is designed to store information about your delivery locations. • To choose a location: Click Location Number or Name
New Navigation Bar • You can now quickly navigate to through wist.com by clicking on the any of the categories listed on the new navigation bar.
Search for Specific Products • Use the Product Search text box to quickly navigate to a specific product. • Type the Part Number • Description • Category • Click on the Search button Labels
Product Listing Page • Click on the Part Number to view Detailed Item description. • Click in Quantity Box to specify how many you want to order • Click the Add to List link to add the item to an existing list. • Click on Submit to Cart button to add to Cart.
Item Detail Screen • Shows a larger view of the product • Detailed Description • Enter Quantity • Submit to an existing list • Send to Cart
Quick Order • This feature is used for entering items that are not going into a list. • Example; One- time purchases
Select List • Click on existing list to edit. • To create a new list, Select the link in the bottom center of the page titled "Click Here for New List" to create a new list.
Add To List • Use this screen to place a quick order or add to an existing list of most commonly used items.
Create a New List • Create a new list or add to an existing list.
Create a List • Our new website allows you to create and save a list of your frequently ordered items. You can create multiple lists and name them in relation to the product or a specific department, employee, etc. • To create a list you can go to Quick Order link and click on the submit link or click on “Select List” to create a new or modify an existing list.
Submit to Cart • Holds your selected items until you’re ready to checkout. • Click on My Cart at any time to view your order.
Work With My Cart • The shopping cart holds your selected items until you proceed to checkout. • You can add or remove (by checking the delete box) items prior to sending to checkout.
Check out Screen • Shows your Selected Items • Total Cost (including Shipping and Tax) • Delivery Location • Email Address • Purchase Order • Payment Method Click on Check Out Button to finish
Order Confirmation • Order number confirms your purchase. • Email Notification is Sent to User
