1. WHAT WE ARE ASKING FOR: • A contact person at the radio (not a volunteer) to receive training and explanations from WFRM • One or two people to enter the publishing contents (young volunteers or the director’s collaborators) • Director’s willingness and responsibility to check all published contents • Your IT technician in case of need and special emergencies
2. New Intranet • Container of contacts (radio and people-related info) • Sharing of documents • Easier and improved interaction with one’s colleagues (private page, Facebook type) • User-friendly, simple and useful for the daily tasks carried out by each manager and volunteer

WHAT WE ARE ASKING FOR: • A radio contact person (not a volunteer) to cooperate with WFRM during the platform testing phase (November-March) and to train the other staff members • Willingness by the Director, Coordinator and President to learn how to use it and to encourage its daily use by the staff • Your IT technician in case of need and special emergencies
3. New WFRM website • New platform (structure, features, graphics) • Better audio quality (streaming) of all RMs • “Portal” function towards the websites of the individual RMs • More images and more audio files (multimedia contents) • “Dialogue” with the website templates of the RMs • Access to additional contents (website registration) • Structure with modules released over time WFRM website project END OF 2013
WHAT WE ARE ASKING FOR: • That you promote the WFRM website through the radio, your website, the magazine, the newsletter • That you send contents (articles, images, audio and video files) to be published on the global website
4. Multimediality SERVICES, TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES IN ORDER TO NOURISH AND IMPROVE CONTACT WITH LISTENERS AND BENEFACTORS

WHAT WE ARE ASKING FOR: • That you work together with WFRM in order to have useful and optimal services for the RMs throughout the world • That you participate in these projects in order to share experiences and suggestions for improvement • That you use the final products (website, social network, podcasting, mobile Apps) to strengthen the radio-listener and radio-benefactor relationship
