VEGAN HEALTH PRODUCTS

Vegan health products have garnered a pretty bad rep amongst the meat lovers mostly because of the lack of proteins in these Vegan health products. 2. VEGAN HEALTH PRODUCTS • Vegan health products have garnered a pretty bad rep amongst the meat lovers mostly because of the lack of proteins in these Vegan health products. And for a while there was a belief that we need to consume different types of food just to form “complete proteins” in the body that however, is not true. Though this isn’t something that we should ignore completely, the fact that there are plenty of sources that provide plant based proteins, means that it isn’t as important as it once thought to be.

  3. Though there is nothing wrong with a meal that is packed with protein, one thing that we should keep in mind is that our body can use only so much protein at a time and what it can’t digest the rest, it usually goes to waste and can even prove to be harmful for the body. Our advice? Focus on eating foods that contain protein throughout the day instead of packing it all in one giant meal.

  4. Keeping that in mind, let’s take a look at some vegan foods that are a good source of protein that you can implement in your diet. • Tofu – 8 gram of protein per 100g • Soy Milk – 7 grams of protein per glass • Peanuts – 26 grams of protein per 100g • Lentils – 9 grams of protein per 100g • Kidney Beans – 15 grams of protein per 100g • Oats – 14 grams of protein per 100g • Chickpeas- 19 grams of protein per 100g
