Remote Deposit – How it works… • Open the program for scanning • Total your batch of checks • Enter the total • Pick the appropriate account number (if more than one) • Scan each check • Once scanning is finished, the system will notify you if you are out of balance and alert you to the error. • Transmit batch • Auto print-out of deposit • Auto email to second party for dual control on account activity Next
