  3. TWV READINESS POSTURE TWV CRITICAL ISSUES • Over-aged 2 1/2 Ton (10,000 plus) and 5 Ton Fleet (3,600 plus) • Critical shortages include FMTVs or M900 Series 5 Ton tractors, cargo’s and wreckers • Critical shortages with HEMTT wreckers and tankers.
