PPP Projects in Poznan • The City of Poznanplannes to execute investments with the participation • of private partners in the following areas: • Construction of multi-level car parks, • Environmental protection infrastructure – Waste Management System • for the City of Poznan, • Construction of sports and recreation venues, • Construction of communal flats, and service and multi-functional • buildings.

”Za Bramką” project • Project description: • Construction of a commercial or commercial and housing building together with a multi-storey car park for around 400 cars in Za Bramką Street (A) • Renovation of a historic building of commercial function and construction of a commercial building in an annex on Garbary Street (B) • Renovation of a commercial and housing tenement in Garbary Street (C) • Construction of a commercial and housing building in Garbary Street (D)
Za Bramką Project • Investment scheme: PPP • Estimated value of the investment project (in mln EUR): • 13,5 mln • Project's time line: • The investment process about 18 months, the operation about 40 years • Opening of the emerging private partner is expected • in the third quarter of 2012
Golf course • Type of project: Leisure facilities, investment project in the field • of design, construction and operation of the above-mentioned facilities • Detailed description of the project: • In Poznań, along with the auxiliary infrastructure • The project proposes the arrangement of an investment consisting of: • the construction of a full-length, 18 -hole golf course • the construction of, depending on the selected variant, • either a hotel andconference centre, or a club house, • stables and a single-family housing development
