Physical Benefits. • Physical activity improves coordination, strength, flexibility and balance. • A 50% reduced risk or coronary heart disease compared with those who are inactive. • Preserve bone density, reducing risk of osteoporosis. • Reduces risk of strokes through beneficial effects on hypertension blood clotting. • Odds of suffering insomnia, stress, and diabetes are lessened. • Exercise can contribute to longer life and can increase energy levels. • Blood pressure likely to be lower. • Body weight maintained at a healthy level. • May prevent certain types of cancer.
