  7. Flaunted • Verb • The woman flaunted her expensive bracelet with excessive hand motions making the diamonds catch the light and glitter like twinkling stars; her friends were envious.

  8. Wry • Adjective • Twisted to one side • When the toddler tasted a lemon for the first time, his little nose wrinkled and his face went wry.
