  4. Smoking Smokers are two to six times more likely to suffer a heart attack than non-smokers 

  5. Cholesterol When there is too much cholesterol in your blood, it builds up in the walls of your arteries and increases your risk of developing heart disease

  6. Diabetes If you are overweight, modest weight loss and regular physical activity can reduce your risk of diabetes dramatically 

  7. High blood pressure High blood pressure (hypertension) increases your chance of heart disease, and is dangerous because it often has no symptoms

After  one year of being smoke-free, your risk for heart disease will be reduced by 50 percent. 30 minutes/day or 30 to 60 minutes most days of the week. Choose fruits, vegetables and cut back on salt and sugar. Regular Heart Checkup helps in assessing risk factors and diagnosing heart diseases.
