  4. MECANISMO DE ACCION Inhiben liberación de gonadotrofinas en la hipófisis. Cambios en el moco cervical. Impide el ascenso de espermatozoides.

  5. METODOS COMBINADOS. ANTICONCEPCION ORAL COMBINADA (AOC) combinación estrógenos y progestágenos. Estrógenos: Etinilestradiol EE Y mestranol. Progestágenos: Progestinas sintéticas.

  7. REACCIONES ADVERSAS • Irregularidad menstrual • Cloasma • Melasma • Retención de liquidos • Aumento de peso • Efectos GI • Turgencia mamaria • Acne en algunos casos TEP TVP

  8. PRECAUCIONES Y CONTRAINDICACIONES • Trastornos menstruales • Dislipidemias • Antecedentes depresivos afectivos • TEP • Cardiopatia coronaria • HTA • Consumo de alcohol y cigarrillo • Con otros ATB • ABSOLUTAS: CA de mama y endometrio, tromboflebitis aguda, hemorragia vaginal sin Dx

  9. USOS • Perimenopausia y Menopausia • Amenorrea y Dismenorrea • Dispareunia y Resequedad vaginal • Hemorragias uterinas disfuncionales • Dismenorrea por endometriosis • Sxperimenstrual • Hiperandrogenismo • Retardo constitucional de la pubertad

ESTROGENOS MAS GESTAGENOS • INDICACIONES: • Planificación familiar, regulador de las menstruaciones, dismenorreas, tto de quistes ováricos • EFECTOS ADVERSOS: • Intolerancia gástrica, sangrado intermenstrual grave o amenorrea, disminución de la lactancia, alteración en el metabolismo de CH y lípidos, cloasma, varices, cambio en la libido. • DOSIS: • Presentación de 21 grageas tomar 1 a partir del primer día del ciclo hasta terminar luego descansar 7 días antes de iniciar la otra caja • Presentación de 28 grageas tomar 1 diaria sin interrupción
