Network Agreement Template • Template provided by the NCE • Networks determine if the Template meets its needs, the needs of the Network Host, and future Network Members • The Network must submit the Network Agreement: • When the Funding Agreement is signed (template) • When the Network Agreement template is updated (template) • Copies of the Network Agreement signature pages as signed by the Network Members

Requirements to complete the Funding Agreement • Copies of the Letters of Patent (Incorporation Documents) • Template of the Network Agreement • Legal Name of the Network • Legal Name of the Network Host • Statement of objectives (short sentence) • Address of the Network’s Administrative Centre • Address of the Network Host • Name & Title of signatory on behalf of the Network • Name & Title of signatory on behalf of the Network Host
