Who we are ESSCA : Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commercialesd’Angers • a hundred years old in 2009 and in excellent health • a private not-for-profit organisation run by a foundation • a state and EPAS accredited 5-year master programme • a joint MBA program with Sherbrooke University • various executive education programs • a system of selective entrance exams • 2500 students on four different campuses • 62 permanent faculty, 40 visiting professors, and 400 guest lecturers • 93 partner universities worldwide • 400 exchange students
Accreditation & Excellence • ESSCA Master in Management programme has been EPAS accredited by the EFMD since 2006. • ESSCA has been a member of the selective Conférence des Grandes Ecolessince 1977. • ESSCA has been delivering a State accredited Master degree since 1980. • More than 250 Business Schools in France (undergraduate and/or graduate studies). 4 EPAS 37 CGE 38 deliver a Master degree 63 State accredited 250 Business Schools in France

Master in International Business(taught in English) Semester 1 (Angers): European Business Environment A compact pluridisciplinary introduction to graduate management studies. The semester provides the knowledge required to analyse the business environment, as well as the tools to understand the rapidly evolving European single market and its cultural background. Master in International Business(taught in English) Semester 2 (Budapest): Central & Eastern European Business The semester offers a large choice of courses, including classes with a special focus on business in Central European region, as well as 2 pre- specialisation courses. Master in International Business(taught in English) Semester 3 (Angers) Concentration in International Business A specialisation curriculum designed to enable students to develop the Professional techniques and strategic competencies required to conduct business in an international environment. Master in International Business Semester 4(All Campuses) Applied Research Semester Students will show their academic excellence through a closely monitored applied research master thesis. The master thesis • should focus on a concrete topic of international business or management and fit coherently in each student's professional project • must include a significant part of empiric in-company field work • is written under regular individual coaching and supervision by a faculty member • may be completed within the framework of a professional internship. During semester 'D' students can work on any of ESSCA's campuses. The Master thesis is awarded 30 ECTS credits. Graduation Students who have obtained a total of 120 ECTS credits will be awarded the ESSCA Master in Management degree.
