  3. Case Notes (aka Narratives) New functionality will include the following: • Ability to Search by multiple options • Ability to Flag for action • Tracking for Follow up • Sort by multiple fields • Mark completed items • Enhanced view mode

  4. Correspondence Routing Tool New functionality will include: • Select a letter for routing to another individual • Route a letter for approval • Tracking routing of the letter • Retain the letter and approval in history
