The System as a Whole • The system accepts and records information from people who are registered to the City Health Care Department of San Jose Del Monte Bulacan. • The system secures data collection and is reliable and accessible whenever data is needed. • The system accommodates client’s medical record, including prescribed medicines and treatments and shall issue medical certificate upon diagnosed of a medical personnel. • The system carries out referral programs incase the City Health Department cannot manage the client’s health condition. • The system shows monthly report with regards to the health programs of the city.

  3. Difference from other Similar Systems The researchers proposed system differs from the other similar system, simply because it adapts the concept of being “simple yet functional”. The system has its other features which makes it different from the other similar system such as it gives options to patients incase the City Health Office cannot accommodate the patients’ health condition . The system also has its own inventory of the medicines and the medical facilities. The system also issues medical certificate for the registered person. Moreover, the system is user-friendly which won’t give hassles to the City Health Staff considering their well-advanced in age employees.
