Formalize the recruiting process by ensuring all interested/qualified MHR apply for a specific position & are appropriately forwarded to the HM. Primary role is to make hiring decisions based on qualifications. Need to know that MHR should be considered first when all else is equal compared to non-MHR. • Important things to remember: • MHR may inquire about jobs at BWH through the CCL, Recruiter, or HM • Although MHR may inquire through various means, the Recruiters are the primary point of contact for “applicants” • MHR must apply for a specific position • HM must forward all walk-ins to the Recruiter • CCL may forward MHR to Recruiter for consideration or CM for further support Case Manager (CM) Has 3 months to help MHR become employable.
