Potential Challenges… • I may face the challenge of being surprised at the difficulty of first entering the music and recording industry, and finding my break • May be challenging to find related volunteer or community experience to my goal • May be challenging to stay determined during the schooling and education progress

Timeline to Achieving My Goals… Goal: To attain my career within 10 years of my Graduating year • At least 5 - 6 years to dedicate to schooling and education • At least 4-5 years to find a position that fulfills the personal expectations I have for my career I will monitor the success of my goals by reflecting every 6 months – a year on what I have achieved and what I have left to achieve to reach my goals

  17. What have I done and learned? Accomplishments… • Keeping a part-time job that will get me 80 hours of work experience • Most proud of the improvement I’ve made in my marks in school • Raised over $1500 for MS with a team created by me and a friend • Learned how to play 3 instruments, and am learning the 4th • Earned a babysitting certificate and St. John’s emergency first aid certificate • Proud of getting MVP in a few of my softball games

  18. How am I going to get there? Staying fit… Exercising on a regular basis • Jogging • Yoga • Gym membership • Baseball I will get my 80 hours of physical activity by continuing these activities in grades 11 and 12

  19. Eating healthy… • Eat lots of fruits and veggie • Cook for myself – not eating out • Shop in health food stores • Limit the carbs, and eat more protein • Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day

Managing stress and maintaining healthy relationships… When I’m stressed I … • Listen to music • Play music • Read a book • Watch a movie • Go for a run/walk • Maintaining relationships • Be kind and considerate • Make a point of asking how they are and what is going on in their life • Write letters, make phone calls
