Introduction The Ministry of Health, which regulates the health sector in the Emirates of Sharjah and Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain and Ajman, provides comprehensive health care to all residents and citizens of these emirates. These license packages are for candidates who want to work in an emirate other than Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

  3. MOH Medical License Examination for UAE? All health professionals who wish to work in UAE need to appear for the MOH Examination and be certified for UAE work. The following categories are evaluated in the MOH Examination. Separate exams for the following professions are also conducted. • Dentists and doctors • Assistants and pharmacists • Midwives and nurses • Technicians • Doctors, Practitioners, and technicians in complementary and alternative medicine

  4. Requirements To Obtain MOH License Recognized Specialty certificate (if applying for specialist/consultant title). • A valid license to practice law in the country where you graduated or last worked. • A letter confirming all clinical experience, or a certificate issued by the ability to practice and signed by either the Human Resources Department or the Medical Director. • A Good Standing Certificate (GSC), issued by the medical association/council from the country where the last employment occurred. Certificates are valid for six (6) months from the date they were issued.
