  4. Low Collection Rate(Distribution Companies) • Abkhazeti - NOT YET • Telasi - HAVING NEGOTIATIONS • Purchase agreement • UDC • Small Distribution Companies – DONE (19 of JUNE) • Collections at Doorstep – DONE PARTIALLY • Metering – STARTED THE PROCESS
