Main objectives of the workshop • Acquire a common understanding of the GPEDC monitoring framework and implementation process • Increased capacity to use relevant tools and resources and extend support to stakeholders at country level • Mutual learning and exchange on how to ground the GPEDC interests relating to the work of the Global Partnership

So that over the next months… • Governments are ready to effectively lead the monitoring process at country level and engage all stakeholders • Timely and credible evidence of progress against commitments is generated and shared • Countries are informed on how to contribute to preparations of the 2016 GPEDC High Level Meeting
