  2. The ”Neo Domus” association was established in 1991 as an architectonic atelier. According to market requirements, the atelier grew up relatively fast to a complexly understood project and architectonic atelier of a present form. • Since the very beginning of its activity, the project atelier has been oriented on the work with full use of CAD systems not only in a certain moment of project practice but also in its whole scale. During our activity, we have prepared many projects according to which these buildings were also realised successfully. • In 1997, our company was transformed into “Neo Domus l.t.d.” Compared to the former association, this company expands both the operating range and the spectrum of offered services of a project atelier and engineering services and is a next logical step in development and expansion of the company. • Our staff structure is based on the needs of an architectonic atelier, however, clearly aimed at getting a project to an implementation part up to the author’s inspection during implementation including complex provision of project and engineering work. • At present, the key staff of the project atelier consists of 20 internal employees, including 4 architects and one external cooperating architect ( 3 of internal are authorised), 11 civil engineering designers (out of which 4 are authorised - certificate of competence), 4 structural engineers ( 3 of them are authorised ) an one civil engineer authorised as a roads designer. Other specialists are covered by the scope of about 20 stable external subcontractors, who are holders of appropriate licences – authorisations or certificates of competence. The aforementioned personnel cover the whole range of project and engineering work as needed.

  3. Performance of NEO DOMUS in the real estate is focused on the following areas: • Planning • Civic amenities • Industrial construction • Residential construction • Complex engineering services • Consultancy

  4. Most of our work has been done and is also being done at present for foreign investors or for investors with foreign participation. Out of these investors, some come back again to cooperate with us in further investment activities. • Especially preparation of project documentation using CAD systems, spatial modelling of civil structures and interiors and photo-realistic presentation of models of structures – visualisations and animations are predominant features in our work. We consider the designing technical support be a tool to achieve standard European and worldwide level of designing.
