LOS F begins between about 30,000 and 33,000 ADT. Note: This is the only count on Serrano Pkwy east of Silva Valley Pkwy. LOS F threshold is cited for the 4-lane portion, west of Villagio Dr. An additional count is needed for the 2-lane section between Villagio Dr and Bass Lake Road.
