  3. Reporting and cost statements • Deadline = deadline (surely for the Commission) • 45 days after end of period • BCI needs some weeks compilation time • BCI apologises for late notification

  4. Reporting and cost statements (2) • Bad news: BCI still has not all items; more than two weeks after the deadline

Reporting and cost statements (3) • Good news: we received an extension of the EU deadline • Next time, please observe: • plan enough time for this in the weeks after the reporting period ends • timely response is needed even if partner had a marginal role in project • send paper C-forms by secured mail / courier • inform us in time when you cannot make it!

  6. Reporting and cost statements (3) • Planning of last reporting period; two options: • Reporting immediately after Gothenburg; project deadline mid August • Extension until end September can be requested • Proposal: no extension needed • Deadline for input 15 July; • Paper C-forms 1st August.
