LeAd II Program Elements: Feedback • Summer activities • 360 (we provide supporting material) • M. has proactively asked for performance feedback from his co-workers, when others might have waited to be assessed. He has repeatedly asked his assigned mentor for ways that he can improve. • Organizational feedback systems * You select invitees
LeAd II Program Elements: Action Plan • Informed by feedback from summer activities and your career goals: • Identify and focus on a few key competency related behaviors (with some stretch) that fit with your desires and ambitions for you to develop and turn into personal habits or practices. • Use your work in various projects and in different roles (e.g. Field consultancy, Batten fund, Entrepreneurship Center projects, MBAA officer, Club officer, outside organizations, career search etc.) as the context for this development
