  2. Why I play paintball -Fun as exercise. -Paintball has one of the lowest injury rates of all sports. -You get to shoot paint at people.

  3. Benefits of playing paintball -Although most people think paintball is dangerous, people are very rarely injured from playing paintball. -Paintball build hand-eye coordination because you are aiming at people and have to lead your shots. -Paintball is good exercise.

  4. Downsides of playing paintball -Paintball is very expensive if you don’t have your own equipment. (About $60.00) -When you get shot is stings for a minute. -Paintball is very messy.

  5. Rules of Paintball Paintball rules are simple: -Keep your mask on at all times while on the field and keep your barrel cover on when not on the field. -When you are out, raise you paintball gun in the air and walk off the field. -If the paint doesn’t break on you or your gun, you are not out. -Don’t shoot the ref.

  6. Fun Facts -The Ego9 paintball marker is covered in Swarovski crystals and is the most expensive gun in the world at about $5000.00. -If your CO2 tank freezes, you will shoot snow out of your gun.
