CIOB Professional Review Requirements You must have heard of the Construction Industry Organization of Business (CIOB) and its membership if you want to pursue a management career in this industry. Here, in this blog, we will tell you about the CIOB Professional Review requirements. However, before you know that you must read the following things related to that. The key areas in which you need expertise: A Professional Review is the last stage leading to Chartered Membership for most candidates. The main purpose of this review is to know whether you have the necessary knowledge and expertise required in three main areas: ? Professional ? Managerial ? Occupational After passing your assessment, you will have the status MCIOB and will become a Chartered Member.

  2. Necessary steps for the CIOB Professional Review: 1. Academic and Experience requirements: your application will only be taken into account if you satisfy the academic eligibility requirements, and you have a minimum of 3 years of related work experience (5 years if not having an honours degree in a built environment). For academic eligibility, you need to have a bachelor’s degree or higher. 2. Membership: As per the CIOB recommendation, you become a non- chartered member (Applicant). Don’t forget to use ‘I attained’ for the description of your experience. You can discuss the plus and negative points of your decisions after each example. You have to explain you did so.
