What’s Out There Healthy Homes Rating System • Developed and tested over ten years in the UK • It is NOT a standard or inspection protocol • It is a risk assessment based scoring system • Rates hazards based on how serious they are the effect they are having or could have • Provides a numerical comparison

  6. What’s Out There Healthy Homes Rating System – 29 Hazards 4 Categories • Physiological – Damp & Mold, Cold, Heat, Asbestos, Biocides, CO, Lead, Radiation, Uncombusted Fuel, VOCs • Psychological – Crowding, Entry by Intruders, Lighting, Noise
