  1. HPS Self Service Portals HPS Self-Service Portals provide an easy and intuitive way to communicate effectively with members and employers.

  2. Employer Portals The HPS Employer Portal enables employers to communicate with fund administrators, report and pay their remittances anytime, anywhere. In a quick, streamlined and secure manner Employers can: • Report their employees' work activity • Choose when and how to make their payments • View and access historical reports of payments, communications and transactions • Manage their billing and contact information

  3. Member Portals HPS Member Portal provides members access to the critical information needed to take more responsibility for their healthcare benefits and retirement planning. The HPS Member Portal Offers: • Real-time access to health & retirement benefits information • View and print EOBs and see claims status • Access pension credit history and perform pension projections • Download plan documents and related forms • Report and submit life event changes and/or demographic changes

  4. Vendor Portal : The Vendor Portal is a web interface where an outside benefit vendor can update basic information and verify member eligibility. Provider Portal : The Provider Portal is a web interface for the medical and dental providers to submit claims, inquire eligibility and benefit details of the member. It supports claim submission, pre-authorization, instant eligibility verification, claim status verification and to receive re-associated ERA and EFT.

EFT/ERA: This module facilitates enrolling the providers for electronic payment and generates Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) payments as well as Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) to the providers. HPS Clearinghouse: The Clearinghouse provides comprehensive details of the users and their transactions. It helps to submit claims, Send the Eligibility/Benefit Inquiry, Send Claim status Request, Send Pre- Authorization request.
