3. You arrive now at the starting page and you have to confirm the privacy statement

4. On the welcome page you choose now the tansaction you want to do

5. Existing tickets / book or list for flightsput in your Ticket nr and Last name

6. In the following mask you have to fill out the * mandatory fieldsstaff ID : PKnr with controll letterdate of employ: your origin date of entry at LH PTC: retiree

7. Output of your existing ticket, in this case we want to change the return flight same day, don’t forget to change the date if you want to fly on another day

8. On the flight display youcanchooseyour flight but youcanalsosee how manyseats are still open for sale, just click on the flight nr

9. LH 1036 has no available seats for sale, so you better choose another flight

10. LH 1034 offers 9 seats in all booking classes , so the chances for standby are very good
