Ekofisk Industrial Heritage • Discovered in 1969, Ekofisk was the first oil and gas field on the Norwegian continental shelf. • With the encouragement of the Norwegian Cultural Heritage Directorate, Ekofisk was the focus of the first pioneering project, funded by ConocoPhillips Norge. • Main themes: the fields in the area, the platforms, living and working environment, important incidents and the influence of Ekofisk on Norwegian society.   5. FRIGG UK • First project for CTE, sponsored by Total and Gassled • Co-operation and liaison with Norwegian Frigg team • Remit is platform MCP-01, the 32” pipelines connecting Frigg to St Fergus, and St Fergus Gas Terminal
