  2. The pandemic has emptied thousands of hotels around the world, but the hotel industry is preparing for a strong recovery. At the same time, the expectations of your hotel guests have clearly changed. Now, the hotel guest experience is driven primarily by safety, not price. A recent study showed 68% of respondents planning to travel before the vaccine becomes available said they are willing to pay more to ensure their safety at a hotel. 

  3. Many hotels also offer guests a wide range of computer services. Similarly, administrators work with IT experts and other information technology experts to ensure the normal operation of the hotel's computer systems, Internet, and communication networks.

  4. Hotel computers have many uses for the staff. The first is at the reception. These computers have sophisticated software (PMS).  That can perform all the operations of registration, guest billing, etc. The most famous is Opera or Saber. The second restaurant, lounge, or bar software is aptly named the POS system. And this system works with PMS to charge guests for meals, but can also be used as a cashier.

  5. Today, a hotel without a computer is like a bank without a safe. Each automated hotel has its own PMS, such as CLS, IDS, Fidelio, and HMS.  Each department uses these PMS from the beginning to the end of the guest cycle. And they create various reports. They keep guests' A / C, other records including Front desk, backend, POS, and door locks.
