1. Learning ecosystem • “I felt awkward just pulling out a mobile device in front of a client/clinician as you lose eye contact and they feel that you are not paying attention to them. Same as you talking on phone or playing a video game in front of a client.” • “I was able to look up info for one of the vets on Aujesky’s whilst out on a call – vet found extremely useful”
