  12. Agent Authorization • Agent Authorization conditionally authorizes the School Board to: • Apply for zoning, preliminary site plan or subdivision and land use approvals • Submit a Preliminary Subdivision Plan • Submit one or more Development Plans

  13. Agent Authorization • All risk, cost and expense is OCSB • County retains right to revoke AA • County is held harmless • No assurance that: • Development plans will be approved • Rezoning will be approved • Property will be declared surplus • Property will be sold to OCSB

Agent Authorization • Action Requested Approval and execution by the Mayor of Conditional and Limited Agent Authorization between Orange County and the Orange County School Board pertaining to a County-owned surplus property adjacent to the School Board property proposed for the Evans Replacement High School development.
