Day One Gathered all pertinent materials to continue my operation Invoices, voucher stickers Checks, signature plates Used call-down list to notify employees Went to backup locations to setup shop Setup work schedules and shifts Made plane reservations to our 2nd backup site in Riverwoods, Illinois

    4. Notified Customers 350 Retail Branches 200 Operations Departments Select Vendors Mailroom Purchasing

    5. Setup shop Split up the department to work in 3 locations 130 Liberty Street 75 Varick Street Riverwoods, Illinois Organized shared work spaces Created different work shifts 7:00am – 2:00pm 2:00pm – 9:00pm

    6. Daily Operations Effects of the bombing were transparent to our customers, lost 2 days of production Continued to issue checks daily Continued to process invoices and T&E’s Continued to research payments and place stops Processed our monthly close with no issues Firm went public 2 weeks after bombing WE LOST OUR SPACE BUT KEPT OUR PACE
