  2. Tallest animal! • There are many special features about giraffes. For instance, giraffes have 4 stomachs to help to help their food digest better!

  3. Tallest animal! • Another example is a giraffe’s neck is about 270 • Kilometers [600lbs.] Also, giraffe’s tongues • Are 18 inches long.

  4. Tallest animal! • Another special feature is that giraffes can moo , hiss, roar ,and whistle to talk to others. Another example, is giraffes heart is 2 ft. wide and 25 lbs.

  5. Tallest animal! • Giraffesheart beats up to 170 times every minute. Also, baby giraffes necks are 51cm long. Those are some special features about giraffes!

  7. home • A giraffe’s habitat s very interesting . The ideal giraffe • habitat is acacia and tall grass. • However, giraffes live in dry open woodlands in Africa. • Another fact is that giraffes don’t live in treeless areas • because it is too hard for them to bend down.

  8. home • Another interesting fact is that giraffes in Africa can live in savannahs, grasslands or open woodlands. Giraffes live in Tanzania and Botswana. Most giraffes are known to live in Africa that is south of the Sahara desert most giraffes live in sections of Africa where the food is adequate.

  10. Interesting • There are many interesting facts about giraffes . • Some giraffes can easily live for 25 years. Another interesting fact is when a baby giraffe is born, it can walk in about an hour. The only living relative of a giraffe is an okapi. Another interesting fact is that giraffes get hunted for their meat coat and tails.

  11. Interesting • Some other facts are most giraffes only get about 2 hours of sleep a day. Did you know twin giraffes are very rare! Those are some interesting facts about giraffes.

  12. Food • The food giraffes eat is very interesting. A cool thing is giraffes eat bugs that land on their face. An other fact is that giraffes eat 75lbs. Of acacia leaves everyday. • Most giraffes typically get their water from acacia leaves. • Another example is giraffes eat trees , leaves, and bushes. • Did you know that the giraffes chewing is similar to the cows?

  13. Food • Mainly, giraffes are herbivores . • When the dry season comes, giraffes eat evergreen leaves. That means they are alive all 4 seasons.
