Sacred Circle- National Resource Center to End Violence Against Native Women Created over 13 years ago to be first NIRC Central to policy work and national partnerships created up to now Closing its doors on September 30, 2011 Circle will continue forward with Native women, advocates, Native organizations, tribal coalitions, and next NIRC

  3. NIWRC- National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center, Inc. Created earlier this year to serve as the next NIRC Expert staff Training/TA; Research Activities; Public Education; Policy Development Mission: To restore safety to Native women by upholding the sovereignty of Indian and Alaska Native tribes.

  5. NIWRC Board of Directors Each member represents a different region of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii 9 Regions Experts in DV/SA response and prevention in Native Communities Each Board member lives and works in her Native community
