  1. Warranty of ECIGONE

  2. The present warranty is provided as a guide and can be subject to alterations. The warranty applies for the purchase of products from E-cig one and covers defective products and the return of such product.

  3. Unless declared upon reception as noted on the T&C for returns and cancellations, all part such as (atomizer, clearomizer,cartridge, etc), with the exception of the battery carry no warranty unless reported. The battery carry a 60-day warranty.

  4. The liability of E-cig one, its appointed agents, is limited to the payment or replacement of defective products to the extent that such product has been received by the recipient (customer, client) in a defective state and declared as such no later than 24 hrs. after reception. Provision for replacement/refund are underlined here below:

  5. Defective product and replacement - A customer should notify E-cig one of a defective product and follow the steps mentioned for the return of the product in the T&C. Once notified, the customer should return the defective product and a replacement will be shipped.

  6. E-cig one will reimburse the customer postage for the return of the defective product and will ship a replacement free of charge.

  7. Defective product and cancellations – A customer should notify E-cig one of a defective product and follow the steps mentioned for the return and cancellations of products in the T&C.

  8. If the customer sends back a defective product, but does not want to receive a replacement, they will be responsible for payment of the postage to return the defective product. Upon reception, E-cig one will refund the customer the amount paid for the product less the shipment cost.

  9. Cancellations– If a customer has received a product and decide that they do not want it and wish to return the product, the customer must follow the steps noted on the return of the T&C provided that the customer has not opened the package, tampered with, or neglected the product in whatsoever manner.

  10. In such circumstance, the customer is responsible for the return postage of the product. Upon reception, E-cig one will fully refund the customer less the shipment cost.

  11. Note: The present warranty does not take into consideration damages caused by third parties such as courier services. In such case, the courier service are liable in accordance with the shipment policy.
