  2. An administrator is some one that has to balance many different things at one time. They have to be a disciplinarian, a father or mother, a leader, a listener, and a go getter. I fell like that the eight roles that are laid out by GLISI’s shows administrators how to be these things and many more. 11. Final Thoughts I would have to say that I have learned a lot of great things over the past year and through the experiences that have come with these classes. I know that an administrator can not perform all of these tasks at once and can not be a master of them all, but they can strive to make sure they understand how to use them all. Even though this experience is coming to an end I would have to say that I am looking forward to what lies ahead.
