Quadrant Services Support Template eg one octant of quadrant A1 with 12 LMT sets,4 fibre sets and one DCS bunch all in ‘grommet modularity’ 24 23 22 21 20 19 18 17 16 15 14 13 R outside TE bulkhead Labelled lines marked on Template indicate LMT route Slots in template for LMT clips (which fasten LMTs to template) Fibre bunch fastening to template Fix to services support DCS bunch fastening to template

  4. Template made of Al sheet – marked with LMT positions etc for octant

  5. bulkhead LMTs clipped to template with clips away from bulkhead for sealing access between tapes

  6. LMTs clipped to template close to bulkhead for sealing in grommets

  7. Template with LMTs and one fibre bunch attached – tie threaded through holes
