Project Briefing and Scale The project is located in Bazhou LNG Automobile Industrial Park and it covers an area of 40 hectares. Assembly factory with high-efficient management, intelligent office and administration system, humanized experts’ apartment and digital dispatching and command center have been constructed and its annual output includes 20000 sets of commercial passenger cars, logistics vehicles, sanitation vehicles and the other new-energy automobiles. II. Total Investment & Expected Foreign Capital The total investment is US$ 400 million and foreign capital of US$ 150 million is intended to be used.

Market analysis With Bazhou as the center and within radius range of 500 kilometers, there are 11 cities with population more than 1 million and more than 200 million permanent resident populations. According to incomplete statistics, the inventory of bus in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is nearly 100 thousand, inventory of taxi is nearly 200 thousand, and inventory of heavy truck is nearly 60 thousand, which provides great market potential to develop LNG automobile industry. IV. Evaluation of Economic Benefit Based on LNG energy supply, vigorously develop LNG clean energy automobile and relevant products and supporting industry so as to complete integrated industry chain of engine research and development, LNG storage and transportation and production of core components and parts driven by supporting demands of finished automobile.

Opportunities & Favorable Conditions Bazhou LNG Automobile Industrial Park in Langfang City is located in the center of triangle of Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding and it is located in the center of Bazhou City. Langfang-Cangzhou Expressway has exit in industrial park which has dominant zone bit, convenient transportation, unique geographic position and complete infrastructure of water, electricity, communication and the other supporting infrastructure. VI. Introduction of the Chinese Partner Bazhou LNG Automobile Industrial Park in Langfang City is jointly established by Bazhou Municipal Government, Shanghai Sunlong Bus Co., Ltd. and China Natural Gas Company Ltd. (Hebei). At present, the base is manufacturing sample car of motor vehicle and pure electromotor of new energy and its main direction of industry development in the future is cleaning and new energy automobile.

Project Briefing and Scale Huailai County intends to build a project of modern logistics park near the exit of Beijing-Tibet Expressway in East Garden of Huailai County with an area of more than 200 hectares, including headquarters complex, e-commerce area, information exchange platform, dispatching distribution center, constant temperature library, cold storage and warehousing, processing and service auxiliary facilities for various types of goods to create a large-scale regional distribution center in northwest Beijing integrated warehousing, processing, transit, distribution, exposition, transactions, information services, multimodal transport and other functions. II. Total Investment & Expected Foreign Capital The total investment will be US$ 300 million and foreign capital of US$ 150 million is intended to be used.

Market analysis The park located at the foot of the Badaling Mountains in the northwest of Beijing, close to Beijing in the east, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia in the west is the intersection of Beijing-Tianjin metropolitan area and Shanxi-Hebei-Inner Mongolian economic circle. The park located in an important position for north modern logistics supply chain is the hub for connecting the east and west regions with a broad market space and development prospects. IV. Evaluation of Economic Benefit It is predicted that cargo handling capacity reaches 5 million tons for each year, the transaction volume reaches US$ 400 million and US$ 50 million of profits and taxes can be realized after the project has been completed.
