  2. Endorsement package Ben Higgins XTRA Sports is pleased to announce that Ben Higgins has joined the XTRA SPORTS 1360 AM team. Prior to coming to XTRA Sports, Ben was part of the 10 News San Diego sports team. The graduate of Torrey Pines High School has been a die hard sports nut his whole life, growing up with the Padres, Chargers, Aztecs, Toreros, Gulls, Sockers, and even the Clippers, attending dozens of games every year. One of his favorite memories is attending Game 5 of the NLCS at Jack Murphy Stadium, and seeing the Padres beat the Cubs to advance to their first World Series. Ben decided to pursue his passion straight out of Pomona College, when he joined XTRA Sports 690 radio in 1997. Three years later, he was chosen to co-host San Diego Padres Pre- and Post-Game Shows on AM 600 KOGO. During Spring Training 2003, Ben showed off his play-by-play skills, working alongside the legendary Jerry Coleman. He first joined the 10News sports team in 2002, and was part of the station's special coverage leading up to Super Bowl XXXVII at Qualcomm Stadium. Endorsement campaign Ben Higgins endorsement program is a 26-week campaign including the following elements: On-Air Audio • Ben Higgins will do a :30 second live endorsement each day Monday-Friday 6am-9am • (2) more commercials each day Monday-Friday 6am-9am. • (10) weekly :30 second commercials recorded by Ben Higgins to air outside of his show (M-F 6a-9a) • (5) weekly :30 second commercials to air during evenings Monday- Friday 7pm-12am • (10) weekend commercials to air Saturday-Sunday 9am-8pm

  5. 26 Week Program Summary ENDORSEMENT DELIVERABLES • {5} weekly :30 second endorsement commercials airing in the premium first position– 130 over 26 weeks • {30} weekly :30 second commercials to air throughout the week on XTRA SPORTS 1360 – 780 over 26 weeks • Ben Higgins will record up to 3 commercials to air outside of his broadcast daypart DIGITAL ASSETS • 15x Daily Sponsor Branded iHeart ID’s (in the stream) to let listeners know who’s responsible. “This hour of iHeart Radio is brought to you by” (Sponsor) - 450 average per month • 20 weekly Sponsor Identified promotional commercials; live and recorded on air, to drive awareness of iHeart Radio.(name and claim) – 80 average per month • 20x Sponsor Driven iHeart Radio commercial's per week :30’s to run in-stream to add frequency with a call to action and a 300x250 companion banner ad. – 80 average per month • (75,000) ROS 728x90 and 300x250 banner ads for full integration Weekly Investment: $662 26-Week Net Investment: $17,212 Program requirements • Minimum 26 week campaign • Due to the nature of an endorsement campaign this is a non-cancelable agreement.
