  2. What? • Walt Disney Imagineering is a broad spectrum. There are many branches that break off of Imagineering like engineering, architecture, interior designing, production, show writing and many more. • All these branches combined create everything that Disney owns, which includes theme parks, cruise ships, and hotels. • To be an Imagineer you have to keep in mind that the main audience you are targeting are children. You must have imagination, hence the name IMAGINEer. • Every small, tedious detail you may not notice on a Disney ride is someone’s job to perfect. • The salaries fluctuate anywhere from 30,000 a year to over a 100,000. The average salary is 70,000.

Why? • Since I have been able to watch television or movies I have been completely in love with anything Disney. • The moment I found out about this career it has been stuck in my head, it sounds so perfect to me. • I would rather not sit at a boring desk all day calculating numbers. I want a job I’ll look forward to attending.

  4. How? • Even though there are multiple branches of Imagineering it is almost impossible to land a simple interview. • There are many routes you can take to be eligible for a job as an Imagineer, but I would major in Visualization at Texas A&M for four years. • Visualization is the process of representing abstract business or scientific data as images that can aid in understanding the meaning of the data. Multimedia and graphics. - Terms related to multimedia, including graphics, animation and video definitions and words and phrases about images and sound. • You must have connections.
