Fees and Related Expenses • 25% of the Base Salary • $50,000 (based upon $200,000 salary) • Defining Search Assignment • Meetings with City Council, Mayor, and Key Personnel • Development of Position Description • Sourcing and Identifying Candidates • Screening Candidates • Personality Assessments – Predictive Index • Presentation of Initial, Semi-Finalist, and Finalist Candidates • Salary and Compensation Negotiations • Notification to Unsuccessful Candidates

  13. Fees and Related Expenses • 50% nonrefundable deposit due upon commencement of search. • $25,000 (based upon $200,000 salary) • Expenses in excess of $500 will be pre-approved. • Background Checks • Advertising • Candidate Travel • Fee balance and expenses due upon completion of search.

  14. Search Guarantee • In the event the selected candidate resigns, or must be replaced during the first six months of employment, we will conduct another search for no additional fee other than out of pocket expenses.
