  4. GOALS FOR 2016 • To provide efficient support and maintenance of End-User Devices in the University • To provide timely service to the University Community • To provide preventive and proactive maintenance of the Post-UTME CBT computers

  5. PROJECTS • 1st Year ICT Empowerment Scheme • Post-UTME CBT computers maintenance

  6. MEETINGS Team Meetings scheduled for every Monday by 10.30 am

  7. HARDWARE ACHIEVEMENTS • Issuing out laptops to students and Faculty Officers • Successful maintenance of the laptops in the Library for the JAMB and G.S. CBT exams • Successful repair of the Academic Unit System and recovery of dept. of works lost files in their system. • Repair of systems in Mass Communication departmental computer laboratory in readiness for the accreditation team visit

  8. HARDWARE CHALLENGES • Lack of tools • Lack of intellectual update i.e. Training • Power Issue • Poor Management of our toilet system i.e. water, toilet tissues, accessories.

  9. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS • CompTIA A+ Training • CompTIA Server+ Training • NgNOg Training • AfriNOG Training
