  6. 主要成分 • 升麻属植物的主要成分是9,19-环羊毛脂烷型四环三萜及其苷类,大约100多种,其母核为具有4个角甲基的羊毛脂烷醇四环三萜,B环均有9,19-环丙烷;侧链多具有半缩醛结构及3个甲基等氧化程度较高的基团。与羊毛脂烷醇结合成苷的糖部分多为木糖,少部分为葡萄糖,阿拉伯糖,并以单糖居多。

  9. 提取工艺 • (1)6倍量的70%乙醇—0.1mol/lHCL(95:5)提取3次,每次2h,以升麻总皂苷和总酚酸的含量为综合评价指标(多指标正交试验优选升麻提取工艺) • (2)15倍量的65%乙醇提取3次,每次170分钟,主要针对升麻总皂苷(星点设计—效应面法)

  10. 三萜单体化合物抗肿瘤活性 • 25-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷,升麻亭,cimiracemoside F和cimiracemoside G对人口腔鳞状癌(HSC-2)有一定细胞毒性,对正常人齿龈纤维细胞(HGF)毒性较小 • 升麻醇活性最高,对小鼠皮肤癌有一定疗效 • 升麻亭,脱氧升麻亭,cimiracemoside A均对人乳腺癌细胞(MCF—7)起抑制作用,其中升麻亭对人乳腺癌细胞株具有较强的抑制活性。 • 田泽对兴安升麻中提取分离的部分物质进行活性研究,表明其有良好的抗肿瘤活性且对正常细胞毒性较小。 • 升麻亭对人肺腺癌细胞株(A549)强于阳性对照药顺铂 • cimiracemoside A 和cimiracemoside B对小鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞株和人乳腺癌有明显抑制作用
