  2. Introduction When you look at a rainbow what colors do you see? There are a lot of colors that make up a rainbow! We are going to learn the colors so that we can label, identify, match and sort by them.

  3. Tasks In order to learn how to identify your colors and color names, there are several tasks that you will need to complete. You will need to: • Discover the colors of the rainbow • Draw your own rainbow • label colors by name • Identify colors by name • Sort objects by color • Create a Colors of The Rainbow Book

  4. Click on the rainbow to learn its colors Now that you saw which colors are in the rainbow click on the blank rainbow to print it out and color it in. Click on the paint to learn color names. Process

Click on the light bulb to see how many colors you now know! • Click on the fruit to sort objects by color. • Cut out pictures of different color objects from magazines and paste them on a piece of corresponding color construction paper. You should have at least one picture for each color of the rainbow. Staple papers together to make a Colors of the Rainbow Book.
