  4. The Solution • Course development to take place within the LMS • IDs function as Instructional Consultants to course development process • ICs provide E-development opportunities to faculty in instructional methodology and technology

  5. Instructional Consultants • Conduct DGMs • Peer In Consulting via LMS template • Maintain Web page of HOW TOs • Offer ORE 105 – Course Writing • Conduct internal Workshops in instruction and technology • Provide voluntary internal certification
