Two teens arrested for placing swastika chairs in front of a New York synagogue. Security cameras caught the incident at North Shore Sephardic Synagogue. Joseph Cianciulli and Erik Bracamonte were identified.

  4. What does the security cameras show? the security cameras a taped and shows that the teens arranging the folding chairs in a parking lot at the North Shore Sephardic Synagogue in Great Neck, Long Island Saturday evening, the New York Daily News reported.
